Carsten Pieper The 1987 debut of this great indie-songwriter from Australia re-released in 2020 and - unbeknownst to me - on Bandcamp since then.
He's often compared to fellow-Aussie Nick Cave (be it because of their dark voices or the dark places, where their music comes from), but sadly, he didn't share Nick's success.
